Returns
Returns are free, assuming KARACTERMANIA the amount thereof.
The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the merchandise by the customer.

All products to be returned must be in perfect condition, protected and in their original packaging, including the accessories they contain. Otherwise, KARACTERMANIA reserves the right to refuse reimbursement.
